His debut ‘Supernatural’ EP was recorded on fruity loops in Eyedress’ bedroom on a PC laptop handed down to him by his father. The song ‘Nature Trips’ was written following an almost fatal date. He took a new potential girlfriend to Capones Island, off Manila. They hiked the top of the island and became dehydrated (Idris forgot to bring water). Despite the near fatality, they did go on a second date. Expressing their love for the track, the Guardian said “spacey songs by young Filipinos about nearly killing your girlfriend while hiking aren’t nearly common enough these days” _________________________________ -Idris Vicuña is Eyedress and he is from Quezon City, Manila, Philippines -Favourite music: FKA Twigs, Jai Paul, A$AP Ferg, Earl Sweatshirt, Drake and Kanye West a lot lately. And I tried making clothes for a while. Then I was trying to be a director, doing a lot of blow.
